At present, there are many small bag packaging machines on the market that often have bag failures. For example, only one or two millimeters of material are loaded into one bag or half a bag, resulting in material clamping, cutter cutting in the middle of the bag, etc. This kind of failure requires Hongsen Packaging Machinery to teach you to deal with it from two aspects.
1.Mechanical aspects
Check whether the pressure between the two bag-pulling rollers is enough to overcome the resistance of the coil during walking without causing slippage (the surface of the rollers should not have sticking materials and the lines are clear). If there is slippage, adjust the top of the passive roller. spring, and increase the pressure between the two rollers; check whether the paper feeding system is feeding normally, otherwise, adjust the feeding pressure to ensure that the roll material required for bag feeding can be supplied in time; check whether the resistance of the bag forming machine is too large. Generally, the increase in resistance of the normally used former is caused by the material stuck to the former or the deformation. If so, it needs to be cleaned or corrected or even replaced in time. Sometimes a new coil is changed, and the material thickens and does not match the former, which will also cause resistance increases.
2. Electronic control
Check whether the bag length setting of the controller is standard. Generally, the normal setting standard is to set the bag length to be 2-5 mm higher than the actual required bag length; check whether the photoelectric head (photoelectric eye, photoelectric switch) is accurate to find the standard. Otherwise, the sensitivity of the photoelectric head needs to be adjusted so that it will not misread or lose the mark. If it is not easy to adjust, then change the wiring method to make the switch between light motion and dark motion; check whether all the terminals on the bag-pulling system (driver, motor, controller) have loose connections, if so, they need to be reinforced and connected firmly ; Check whether the voltage required by the bag pulling motor driver is appropriate, otherwise check the circuit or replace the required power supply (transformer).
